Sechenov University is the oldest, biggest and most prestigious medical higher education institution in Russia. It is the largest research & educational medical school in Russia. The University actively cooperates with international organizations, unions, associations, including World Health Organization, European Health Management Association and Association for Medical Education in Europe (AMEE). Faculty of Higher Nursing Training was first established at Sechenov University in 1991, for more than 25 of its existence over 2,500 specialists with higher nursing education have been trained. Its alumni now hold senior positions both in field of health science and education, obtain doctoral and PhD thesis. Today the Faculty of Higher Nursing Training is integrated in The Faculty of Preventive Medicine, the departments of the Faculty are preparing Bachelor of Nursing and master’s programme in “Nursing Management”. Shustikova Natalia, M.D., PhD

Associate Professor at Department of Higher Nursing Training and Social Works She has specialization in medicine, public health and healthcare. The area of scientific interests is – the study of the problems of quality and safety of medical care, management and economics of medical organization improvement of processes in medical organization and medical logistics.
The study of family problems, the study of the family as a social resource, social and medical care for older people. She is the curator of the master's nursing management program at the faculty and the supervisor of master's theses in the field of public health and nursing management.

Ilya Poleshchuk, M.D.

Senior Lecturer, Department of Nursing Management and Social Work of the Faculty of Preventive Medicine. The winner of the All-Russian competition of young scientists in the field of digital technologies. Grant holder for the development of neuro-headset.
